General Refund Policy

At PoshTrader we stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important for us. Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we issue refunds case by case basis only. A refund has to be processed within 14 days of a purchase order. Our sales and support will solve your issue, and if you are not satisfied, we will issue a refund.

Marketplace Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. In case you request a refund, it must be made within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase. Please include your order number and tell us why you are requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to improve our products and quality of service continuously. ‌

We highly recommend using our seven (7) day free trial before purchasing a subscription.

We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:

  • you have changed your mind about your subscription;

  • you subscribed by mistake;

  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the Products made available;

  • you are using outdated software and operating system;

  • you ask for goodwill; or

  • you can no longer access any of your desired Downloads because they have been removed from the Marketplace

Disputes lodged with payment agents

If, as a Subscriber, you lodge a dispute with a payment agent, this will result in a freezing of your Marketplace subscription and your Marketplace account until the dispute raised with the payment agent has been canceled. This makes it very difficult to resolve any related issues so we encourage you to contact us directly first to see if we can help resolve any concerns.

Refunds for Programming Service

Refunds for Programming Service for automated trading robots, indicators, or other software is only valid if after 30 days the final delivered product does not match the project requirements supplied by the customer or a reported bug is not fixed within 30-days from the date that it is first reported. A bug is where the project functionality does not match the project description requirements and not the data output. Refunds for custom development work which cost over EUR 400.00 with automated trading robots, indicators, or other software is only valid if after 60 days the final delivered product does not match the project requirements supplied by the customer or a reported bug is not fixed within 60-days from the date that it is first reported. Once we have issued you with a refund your downloaded digital product will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use it, we use a remote activation licensing system to manage all our products and your product will simply stop working on all your PC and VPS machines.

We will issue a refund to you usually between 1-2 days, but it may take a little longer to reach your account. If you paid using your credit or debit card via PayPal then PayPal will credit your card immediately, but your card company may take up to 48 hours to claim the funds

We may update these Refund Policies at our discretion from time to time by posting a new version on our Website. You should check our Website occasionally to ensure any changes made are suitable for you. If required by applicable law, you will be informed of any significant changes made to the Refund Policy.

Final Statement

Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be violated, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of. By purchasing a product(s), and/or service(s) from our website, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.
