License Renewal

PoshTrader Ltd. provides services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), which may be updated from time to time without notice. By purchasing a subscription to poshtrader.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website and any of our products.

Licensing

All our products are licensed under the PoshTrader License.

Product Subscription

All our premium products come with an initial 1 year of Subscription (if not otherwise stated on the product description). This means that you can download the updates and get support till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue using it, downloading updates, and get support.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed to run on the mentioned version of your selected trading platform. We cannot guarantee they will function with all the latest platform updates. We reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after product files have been modified or platform updates have been installed.

Product Support

Product Support is about helping you to install, configure, and tweak your product, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we don’t offer support for the trading platform itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party products you might choose to use with your product. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme.

Product Compatibility

It is the Author’s duty to always keep the products up-to-date and working with the latest version of Trading platforms.

Refund Policy

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Please read the full Refund Policy.

Price Changes

“PoshTrader” reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
